Your account
Privacy and your account
What stays yours, and how to leave.
What's yours stays yours
- Your project is yours. Munin builds it, saves it and shows it only where you ask.
- Your keys stay out of chats. Keys go in the Munin app, never in a message.
- Your customers' details are theirs. If your site takes bookings or orders, they're kept by your own site, behind your own sign-in — not shown in Munin.
- Other people's sites can't reach yours. Every customer's site lives apart from everyone else's.
Reporting a page
Anyone can report a published site or a shared page to us — shared pages carry a Report this page link at their foot. Someone looks at every report.
Your web account
Your account page on the web shows your balance, your receipts, your email address and, if you use it, your referral link.
Closing your account
- In the Munin app, tap your picture, then Close this account.
- Munin asks you to confirm in the chat by typing close my account.
- Your account closes two weeks later. Until then, typing keep my account cancels it.
Closing deletes everything you built and everything people sent you — your projects, your sites and your shared links. Your receipts are kept, because they're financial records.
