Getting started
How Munin works
What happens between your message and your page.
The short version
You talk, Munin builds. Every message you send is read as a request about your project — "make the header green", "add a booking page", "we close at 6, not 5". Munin makes the change, checks that the page still works, saves it, and replies in plain words with a link so you can see it.
What happens when you send a message
- Munin reads what you asked, along with everything this project has already been through. It remembers your project between messages, so you never have to explain it twice.
- It does the work — writing the page, laying it out, fixing what it needs to. While it works you see a short progress card in the chat, with a Stop button.
- It checks the result. Munin opens your page itself and looks for anything broken before it tells you it's done.
- It saves. Every change is saved automatically, every time. There is no "save" button and nothing to lose.
- It replies with what it did, a link to see it, and what that change cost.
Planning before building
When a project is new, Munin first asks a few short questions so it builds the right thing — who it's for, what it should do. You can answer them, or skip straight ahead:
- Tap Start building it when you're happy.
- Or just say so: "just build it" works at any point.
Once a project has been built, ordinary messages go straight to work.
Where things live
- The chat is where you ask for changes. Everything Munin makes, it makes from there.
- The Munin app — the button next to where you type — is a window onto your project: its address, its history, your shared links, your settings and your balance.
- Your account page on the web shows your balance, your receipts and your email.
